Do you charge VAT?
All prices of our EU and Swiss orders are inclusive VAT (value added tax). You will not be charged at checkout.
Do you cover duties and custom charges?
Shipping costs does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred upon shipment to countries outside Europe. Pilates Barre Lovers AG will not be responsible for these expenses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and PayPal. We are working on accepting alternative payment methods in the near future
Do I need an account to make an online purchase?
You may check-out as a guest but we recommend creating an account to make your life a little easier next time you shop with us.
Shipping
When will my order ship out?
We do our best to process and ship your Pilates Barre Lovers product at lightning speed. There is usually 24h processing time. If you have placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are disptached from our warehouse facility in Germany. Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Timelines start from ship date. Please allow 24h for your order to be processed.
